Just did a manual check for updates in office 365 but these are not showing up for me yet. It says I’m up to date on 8730.2165

Why do MS publish these things and then not actually deliver the updates in question. They’ll probably come available overnight I guess

I just upgraded to Office 2016 from Office 2010. The version of Office 2016 is up to date but I can't work out where the updates are listed. Office 2010 used to record updates under Installed Updates. Is there a record somewhere of what updates office 2016 has installed?

Office 2016 updates too frequently. I only pay for a office 365 subscription because I use the OneDrive storage and all the other "free" office alternatives that look as good as Office are not really free but subscription based, the true free ones like LibreOffice, others are slow and butt ugly to use. So I pay for an Office 365 subscription until a true free fast great looking Office alternative comes out which will be a long wait.
