Getting way out of my depth here but does the above mean my motherboard doesn't have a chip to support TPM? Device manager shows a key logo and suggests installing the hardware?

Weird how HP works with their own mobos but will persevere within their forums first before I decide. Many thanks for your input, much appreciated.
