    On 3 laptops, came via WU; on 3 desktops had to download from ms website. Go figure.

    Not available through Update (tried three times))......installed using Brink link.
    If patched WHY not available via Update.???

    That may be out of date because i had an online chat with Norton today and they say that the latest version of Norton Security is up to date as well.

    WU not updating on any machine, but did update Defender defs.
    No 3rd party AV on any.

    Didn't do the Win7, either, did it manually.

    I'm not getting this update on 5 machines that used to have Kaspersky. They all now run Windows Defender. Turns out they have the registry key set as mentioned in the first post. Is there anything else I should do?

    Sorry bit confused here. I'm on 1709 16299.125, on Defender only and still havent had this update (in the UK). I'm on an i7 3770k.

    Do i wait?
