If somebody wants to steal my face, they can go ahead!
That way, I won't have to look at myself every morning!!!

To me, all it does is give two more things to the bad guys to steal.

If someone steals your password, you can change your password.
How does one change their finger print or face if they are stolen.

It's kind of like changing your password on a bank account, which can be done.
How does one change their Social Security number if it's stolen. You can't.

I keep no passwords of any kind on my computers. If my systems are hacked, such things will not be found.
If I have a 'keylogger' on my systems, several security scans with several programs should have found it.
If one uses a 'Master Keyword' location shame on you. Once the 'Master Keyword' is hacked all your passwords are stolen.
Those stolen passwords can be used by the bad guys for a long time before you are aware of them using the passwords.

I personally keep my passwords written down with paper and pencil. A new invention I use is a Rolodex.

Hacking Windows Hello and Fingerprints....how do you do that....decapitation or finger removal from the victim?

How do you sign in to any Forum, Bank, Social Security, Motor Tax or Insurance or countless other sites necessary for modern living.?

Do you type in your password each time you visit?....if so it is recorded on your Hard Disk or SSD.....signing out, deleting history or even low level formatting will not help.

If someone ie- the Law, Government or Miscreant is really after you..... all can be gleaned from your computer.

I'm sure some criminals will try it (or use the threat to make victims comply).

The Biometric hash has to be stored somewhere so the validation can be executed.

I do not have a webcam or a camera so It seems that I may be safe. A DNA login device would work better.

The keyboard would have a little pin sticking up so when you want to login you press you finger down on it, it gets a drop of blood and poof, you're logged in. The pin would normally be below surface level and popup as needed :)

Or you could get the Texas Cattlemen's version, which is a small spittoon mounted at the top right of the keyboard. To login, simply spit and you're in.

I think we should be required to submit a urine sample to log into our PCs!

All one would have to do is run your finger through your hair and then touch the DNA gizmo with the finger that you used. Of course MS would have to pay for the DNA test.
