Yes, even in the game itself. Apparently all the Store apps that I can see. Even non-MS Store apps. I haven't seen it in win32 yet.
Looks like it's not added to me yet, for no apps have shown up for me yet on a new tab (just web pages I've set), but sometime in the future we should be able to open apps we frequently use as also shown in the video.

Any reason for them to post this if Sets wasn't going wide with the (presumed) build today?
Considering Jason's tweet here, I'd say a build is pretty likely. We'll see though.
