I get this in FCU version - not just Insider issue.

- there's an option in Device Settings to switch off "scroll on inactive windows"
- is that where the source of the glitch lies..??

I cannot use Edge on my non touch laptop for this issue. It is not related to Insider. I get it on FCU and I just have a run of mill mouse - nothing fancy. I made a feedback hub about it.

I know the feeling! According to information I have, only two machines like mine exist. Mine, of course, and the one they have on display at Smithsonian Insitute titled as "Pre-historic Computer".

How do you backup abacus calculations?

How far do you get with a clean install? Are you using a DVD or USB stick? Gotta say your hanging in there longer than I would
