Yeah, one of the fixes recommended to me in the troubleshooting was to fix the location of the Internet history folder, which it said could fix done of the problems that were being encountered by the Play Store.
Now that you mention it, I did get that one initially and it did fix it.

Just noticed something else I haven't seen before. Edge runs at startup, it's not actually opening the browser, it just shows in Task Manager and no clue what's doing it. Checked startup locations, services, edge settings, and autoruns don't show anything either. I'm sure I'm missing something ???

Yeah, and whenever I have noticed, it is Edge startup company that is doing.

17046 also had edge starting to for no reason, m up to 4 processes on my machine

In a new installation of 17046 in Virtualbox I don't see Edge running in the background but I do see an instance of Store running!

Any fix for the sound issue in Firefox? Firefox is my default browser so this really sucks.

Seems that a Firefox fix is on its way, according to this quote from Nils Ohlmeier on bugzilla.mozilla.org
The code for the patch he comments about is on that page, but I do not have the expertise to try it

"I verified that the 17063 build broke audio playback for me and that the patch attached to this bug fixes the playback issue. Unfortunately it does not fix the mic issue which we have since the earlier insider builds.

Note: there is one more comparison to S_OK in the cubeb wasapi code left.
But since it only affect logging it's probably not worth fixing and uplifting"

I might try to let the troubleshooter run again, keeping everything manual, and see if it does the same thing to me that it did before....after I make a backup and a System Restore backup lol.
Rectified by doing the following....Type NET HELPMSG 2182 in the search box.

Clicking on it a CMD type of box appears.....no need to enter any details.....waited 5 minutes then restarted computer.

Geeks, has anyone managed to upgrade Enterprise edition?
I cannot upgrade Enterprise, nor is the Enterprise available at UUP Dump (seems to be there, downloads, but gives PRO).

Yeah UUP Dump seems to be a bit of a mess. I see 17205 but it will not download. 17043 does not exist. 17063 now works etc.

I guess there is little we can do as we are using a "back door" method to access files not really intended for public use.

It's first time ever I am totally unable to upgrade a specific edition, other editions upgrading without issues. I've upgraded Home, Pro and Education, had no issues, but Enterprise fails with various error codes all the time.

Yeah - I just downloaded the multi edition 17063 uup file for en-gb, and when I go to run uuptoiso, it says it only has has four editions, Home, Home N, Pro, Pro N - no Education, Enterprise or Home SL.
