Delete files in: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
Perform disk cleanup.
Reboot then you may want to turn off AV.
Found an unlikely application which was broken by this update. TCCLE, which some of you may use, is the free version of the the Take Command utility by JPsoft and is a cmd.exe replacement. It failed to launch with an error code of 0x000017) which also disable the ConEmu console program, which looks for and uses the executable tcc.exe if it is present. I installed the trialware version of Take Command which works (so far as I know but I haven't used it that much). The executable is also named tcc.exe and ConEmu can't handle that. I am going to evaluate whether I can justify laying out $100 for a command processor - even such a powerful one. I do have some nostaglia for JPsortware as 4DOS was one of the first shareware products I used and during my testing, Rex Conn actually added a command line switch I recommended.
Installed on my test drive tonight. ISO made. No problems so far and I believe it is a bit snappier. The on-desk install took a little longer than usual but the 0 to 100% 3 reboot process was quite a bit faster. 0 to 42% flew. I was surprised that the graphics were not installed until 42% instead of the 33% in the past. The typing suggestions are helpful.

Very strange: Device Sync seems to be broken in Microsoft Edge in this build? Can anyone confirm? My bookmarks aren't being synced across my devices on Microsoft Edge even when both machines have the same MSA signed into them...
Here is a screenshot from Edge from this build (17063):
Here is the Device Sync Settings from this build (17063):
As you can see, all settings look fine. So what gives??!?! Is this truly a bug that I should just post on the FB Hub?
Thanks!
