Downloaded and installed, must admit was very quick, then again I have noticed that 1709 on my Notebook does seem quicker at doing things than 1703 (unless it is just me lol)

Nope, not just you. And this CU makes it even more snappy.

Downloaded and installed quickly with no issues. Defender update, 1.259.218.0, installed as well.

Edit: Just received and installed 1.259.221.0

Happened in the background on most of my machines. No problems to report (so far, at least).

No problems here either Ed. Nor do I notice any changes. I'm waiting for a feature laden CU :)

    Hi,

Not me really. Let MS improve the kernel first. Only then you can build on a sound basis and add features wouldn't you agree ?

    Cheers,

Yes I totally agree, but it would be nive to see an enhancement once in a while. Or is that too much to wish for

Not too much to wish for, but maybe too much to expect.

    Hi,
@DooGie: In all honesty, I'm that odd guy running MS Office Enterprise 2007 on Win 10. All these little applets ? I hardly use any of these and truth be told, I wouldn't even know what most are actually used for...
Guess that makes me a true desktop user...

    Cheers,
