    Isolated User Mode is off.

I have virtualised a physical machine today which is Windows 7 32 Bit and am trying to enable to vTPM chip.
When I try to start the machine I receive the following error:
    Isolated User Mode is off.-capture.png

However the option to enable Isolated User Mode is not available under Windows features:

    Isolated User Mode is off.-capture2.png

I am running the following bang up to date version of Windows:
    Isolated User Mode is off.-capture3.png
If I try to enable to IsolatedUserMode feature from PS I get:
    Isolated User Mode is off.-capture4.png
What gives here ? Here can I enable Isolated User Mode ?

Credential Guard, the feature needed for isolated user mode is only available in Windows 10 Enterprise edition and in Windows Server 2016.

More: Protect derived domain credentials with Credential Guard (Windows 10)

I had the same issue, it seems to be caused by a recent MS update, see Credential Guard and Hypervisor enforced Code Integrity no longer working after cumulative update KB3206632

    Uninstall KB3206632 fixes the issue

    After the update https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3199986
"Servicing stack update for Windows 10 Version 1607: October 27, 2016

was applied to the system any VM with TPM enabled couldn't be started. All VMs on the host were Gen 2 and with Secure Boot and TPM enabled. None could be started unless TPM was disabled. I was able to update the host to Build 14965 after which I was once again able to run VMs with TPM enabled. Build 14965 is a recently released insider preview of Redstone 2

Belated thanks for your response. I have upgraded the Windows 10 Product Key to Enterprise Edition.

Now I still don't see the option but am unsure whether I need to reinstall the OS or whether this might be due to the issue that RvL mentions where KB3206632 needs to be uninstalled.

    Any guidance appreciated. Thanks.

Edit: It would appear from this post that a reinstall is not required however even after uninstall the KB patch not getting the option to appear as shown below:
