Hyper-V enabled but not accessible in Windows 10 Home?

I have Windows 10 Home - I double checked this under Settings > System > About. Under System Information, I can see that somehow I have Hyper-V (which I read wasn't a feature in Windows 10 Home) enabled. I'm trying to install a Kali VM but I can't disable these features through Windows features. Thoughts?

Hyper-V Platform (red highlight in screenshot) is not available in Home edition, there's no way you can install Kali or anything else on a Hyper-V virtual machine in Windows 10 Home.

Hyper-V Management Tools (green highlight in screenshot) are available also in Home edition, meaning you can run Hyper-V virtual machines on other computers on your network, subject to these other computers having Hyper-V Platform enabled and virtual machines set up.

I'm installing a VM thru Virtual Box so I need to disable Hyper-V which apparently shouldn't be a feature in Windows 10 Home but is in mine. Is there a fix for this?

Right click Start, select Programs and Features, select Turn Windows features on or off, remove selection from all Hyper-V components, click OK.

Hyper-V is not an option under Windows Features. I can't disable Hyper-V thru Powershell or command line either. It's as if Hyper-V exists only under sysinfo.
