    check out REMIX, this is not an emulator but an Android ported and running natively on x86 pcs.
    Remix OS for PC - Redefining PC. Reimagining mobile. The worlds first true Android PC experience.
    It is new/in development so expect it not to be perfect by now.How to run Android in Windows 10?

    Yes, why not. you can ownload BlueStacks For PC or Laptop, Bluestacks is available for Windows 10/8.1/8 imessage for windows
