How can I get a "Disc Image Tools" menu in Explorer?

    No, the default seems to be Mount. All my machines show the 'Manage - Disk Image Tools' tab in File Explorer when selecting disk image files of type .img, .iso, .vhd and .vhdx. The default action for all of them is Mount. This screenshot is from a clean install done just a week ago.
