Er, it is in fact not Pro or Enterprise.

You could try teamviewer instead

I have genuine product keys for Windows 8.1 Pro but can't find my DVD or ISOs.

If you have 8.1 installed "Add features" then enter the Pro key to upgrade to Pro Add Features to Windows 8

Checked. They are Windows 8 Pro keys. No DVD or ISO for Windows 8.

But I've got the Teamviewer working. :)

I don't know if you can enter 8 Pro key in 8.1 to upgrade. Presumably you tried it and it didn't work :)

If you've got a retail key you should be able to get an 8 ISO from here Upgrading Windows with only a product key - Windows Help

Got the media tool but can't log on to MS
