How to change DPI on Hyper-V guest Windows Server 2012 operation system - Yaplex - software development

Did any of this work out for commandline ISOs booting in Hyper V?
Would the same changes work for Hyper V in Win 8.1?

My Hyper V window - Console command line (Booting from such ISOs) Text is tiny and H x W Resolutions not in my control. What can be done?

    Hi there
I think even on a Minimal Centos install -- when you install the OS you can select the video resolution from the Grub options on the install menu -- this seems to define the text size that the command line prompt comes up with after the OS is installed.

I'm not sure though whether RDP allows re-sizing WITHIN the window itself -- what happens if you enable FULL SCREEN on the RDP session - in this case the HOST system should be able to re-size the screen contents - set change text sizes on the HOST by right mouse click on any part of the HOST background screen and choose display settings.

I've long been annoyed by programmers who program "fixed pixel sizes" into their code --Adobe photoshop was a prime example of that --if you run it on a large 50 - 60 inch monitor the menu items are almost UNREADABLE they are so tiny - even though the actual application was OK !!.

    Cheers
