How can I completely remove HyperV including services and directories?

Something's ****ed up with my Hyper-V and every time I try to make VMs it either fails to connect or the boot sequence freezes at "start PXE over IPv4".

So my solution is to just remove as much of it as possible and then re-install and regenerate eveything via Windows Features.

Unchecking it in Windows Features removes the hyper-v manager and everything, but it still leaves all the created directories, the services, and even the driver.

Anyone know what I can do here to get this working?

Also I'm unable to start half of the Hyper-V services and they never start on their own.

It is not entirely clear from your post if your issue is before you have installed Windows.

There is a long standing "feature" of gen 2 vms, that it takes too long to connect to an iso and then you end up at the pxe stage, and if you leave it long enough, it all bombs out.

This is easily rectified by selecting "reset" on the vm window taskbar, and then you you have enough time to select the iso.
You do need to set iso as the first item to boot from as well.

The other thing that can be problematic iss when you look at the boot order, it select some default efi setting and does not always work. After installation, I always change that menu list to boot directly from the .vhdx file (moving it to top of list), and then things boot.enhanced mode after boot up helps.

If it is not any of the above, some screen dumps or a video may help us diagnose the issue.
