Sandbox not starting

    Sandbox not starting


    I have a laptop running Windows 10 Home Single Language, 21H2, (OS build 19044.1826).I recently installed sandbox from a bat file given on this page. do so.
    Enable Windows Sandbox Feature in Windows 10 Home Edition

    I restarted my laptop after the installation prompted me to
    I am getting this error after click run sandbox.

    I checked my task manager and I have virtualization enabled.

    What should I do to run sandbox?

    Not much can be done with that error message, here try below command to enable it.

    Open the Command Prompt with administrative privileges.

    Code:
    dism /online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:"Containers-DisposableClientVM" -All

    Okay. I ran this in admin cmd and I got a success message.

    Then I rebooted my laptop. But I am still getting the same error message that says 'sandbox failed to initialize'.

    Pretty sure Sandbox only works in Pro not Home or Home SL. You used to be able to run it in Home using a workaround, but I do not think it works anymore.

    IMO forget about the idea of trying to use the Windows Sandbox. Instead, go with the free open source software on GitHub named Sandboxie-Plus.
