Everytime when I start Windows 10, after I sign in Windows 10, in Hyper-V, the annoying popups, after I clicked on reconnect, Hyper-V is working ok

did you setup a username and require a password to log onto the windows 10 vm? If not, do that and see if that fixes things up.
I think you are connected to a standard session and then immediately going to an enhanced session (basically and RDP connection) and it sees the RDP as a 2nd user connecting.
