Virtualization technology is ON in the BIOS but I can't use it
Today I was playing a game on my PC (Windows 10 Home OS Build 18363.1556) using BlueStacks (Android emulator), and at some point the the lights in my house went off, so the PC was turned off while running it. After restarting it I couldn't open the same instance of BlueStacks because supposedly the VT wasn't turned on in the system's BIOS, so I went there to check it and in my BIOS everything seemed alright, and when I went back to the emulator the error was still there.
I tried using another emulator but after installing it I ended up getting the same error. I've already tried turning it ON and OFF in my BIOS and enabling the virtual machine platform, but none of those worked but now the error I have is that my PC isn't compatible with that same instance I was running before.I then tried running the "Intel© Processor Identification Utility", where you can check your CPU's technologies the Intel© VT wasn't checked, wich apparently means I can't use it. Is there anything I can do to "fix" this error or did my CPU get messed up by the crash?
