Hyper-V, Hypervisor and Virtual machine platform are missing in cpanel

Hi, I was troubleshooting something on Windows 11 build 22000.282 and I messed up with Servicing/Packages mum/cat files (specifically all hyper-v related) and wanted to reset the original files through

    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    sfc /scannow

but that likely didn't do anything, it just kept saying "No component store corruption detected"
I thought then to dism remove-package for all hyper-v components, and then pulling files from a install.wim (same build) to Servicing/packages and then dism adding packages again.
well, that made windows optional features window blank.

I went to uninstall the last update rolling back to build 22000.258 and in that build, optional features was working fine except it didn't include hyper-v, hypervisor and virtual machine platform. Hyper-v tools also went missing from Windows Tools.
It is like it got completely uninstalled, I didn't know how to restore hyper-v based features, and by looking in the web, I didn't find even any similar issue.

    I ran:
    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    sfc /scannow

again for a chance to get everything back to normal but it stayed the same.

please I need some help here, I am not an expert, I was trying to fix a weird issue in the first place, that makes Windows 11 moves the date to year 3209 somewhat often when any hyper-v feature is enabled, I thought by replacing those files in Servicing/packages with a build of Windows 11 that has no issue related to year 3209. And then it all went bad. I wasn't messing up for no reason.

Anyway, I don't want to end up with a clean install, so that's why I am seeking help here.

    Thanks.

in Windows/Servicing/LCU there is a rollup fix amd64... for my current build which is 22000.258 and by looking for those mum and cat files I did find some related to hyper-v, how can make use of that file?

As dalchina says, the sister-site Eleven Forum is the best place to ask, you'll fine a lot of TF members have also registered over there. That 22000.282 build is currently only being delivered to Insiders, so it's not guaranteed to be bug-free anyway. The current RTM build is 22000.258.
