W2K22 Server as VM - latest build really good

    Hi folks
For all Ms's faults they've come up with a winner for W2K22 server -- really fast even as a 2 GB RAM VM -- 180 days for free -- all the rubbish from the initial release have been fixed.

Well worth trialling out even if you won't need or use Windows Servers -- half a year free use of a great product isn't a bad idea !!"!!

Doesn't need all the hardware restrictions of W11

anyway have a look : (post nr 4 in the thread)

I might have to give it a spin. i just got done getting a debian vm setup. apache, php, etc. Moved my sql server to the win 10 host so that way the web server and sql server dont reside on the same computer. Close as i can get with virtual machines. The sql server accepts connections from nothing but the local 192.168.1.x range. The whole best practices thing unless thats changed when i wasnt looking lol.

Was interesting and challenging being a linux noobie, but google has troves of info and how too's and such.
