Hyper-V "Would you like to reconnect?" problem

Almost every time I shut down or restart my Hyper-V Windows 10 or Windows 11 VM I get the following issue. Anyone have any insight to the cause of this problem, or is it just a Hyper-V thing. Sometimes it will reconnect and complete the shut down or restart.
When I go to the Hyper-V manager the VM is still running.

I usually get this screen when the system restarts for updates. Maybe other times also, but haven't noticed.

I guess this is just a Hyper-V thing. I usually have each VM running in a separate task view window, so usually just ignore them. That way it's easier to restart that machine on that particular desktop.
