    WSL Linux for Windows 10


    Hi,
    Just curious if anyone here has tried or uses the WSL Virtualization for Linux for Windows10? I am curious to see how Ubuntu 20.04 LTS will look in Windows10. I'm just curious...

    It works great in the Windows Insider preview. Not sure about retail Windows 10. Insider version of WSL even allows the use of graphical Linux apps. It does require a bleeding edge build (Dev channel) and beta video drivers (WDDM 3.0). You can even use it to mount physical Linux drives and browse ext4 partitions in Windows Explorer.

    Works really nice. Unfortunately, if you want a full desktop experience, you must use 18.04; can't get desktop to work on 20.04:
