I have to really ask this question to really confuse everyone. A Virtual Desktop is just as if you had two desktops next to each other, however, do they both share all resources such as physical memory and things or if the desktop has 32gb of physical memory they both get 32gb?

If we use those terms correctly, yes.
Yes, a Virtual Desktop is made by software. It runs on same pc and system and so is identical to your other desktop.
Both get 32gb, the amount found on the system.
A VM (virtual machine) is an 'emulated' pc entirely, a different 'virtual' system, not just a desktop, that gets its own memory. So let's say you make a VM and give it 8gb ram, then all programs running in it will see only 8gb of ram.
where would i find the info on doing this, as I want to put one of my games (World of Warships) on the Virtual Desktop and run to speed it up ?
Are you talking about a VM or a virtual monitor?
Don't know what you mean by speed it up.
If you put it in a VM, judging by the specs of game, It will probably slow down instead of speeding up.
There are old games that speed up when emulated but no DX11 titles for sure.
If you run it on same OS in another window or desktop or something, this will probably run normal.
