There usually is a problem with imaging MS-DOS 6.22 [last version] and Windows 3.11/Windows for Workgroups 3.11 [last versions] in that they came on floppies and the disk programming calls for inserting the next disk, makes it difficult to put all the files in one image file. I have them imaged using WinImage so I can create new ones when needed but don't think I'll need to go that route again, have only one machine with Win3.1 and it's a laptop 386SX-16MHz.

I run Windows 3.1 in DOSBox, so that I can run Jezzball in an x64 environment. It has Calmira as the shell (which gives it a Win95 like setup)

    Hi there

Wonder if anybody noticed that there was NO MENU on Windows 3.11 -- so maybe Windows WILL be going back to its roots. !!! Nobody complained back then about any Start Menu (Lack of).

    Cheers

At the moment in this Windows 10 Tech Preview I only have these virtual machines installed on Hyper-.V:

    • Windows XP Pro SP3
    • Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
    • Windows 8.1 Pro
    • Windows 10 Tech Preview (x2)

And for fun of it, Windows XP Mode installed on above mentioned Windows 7 Ultimate Hyper-V virtual machine.
