Try plugging and connecting 1 monitor at a time.

    Hi there
depends probably on the graphics capability of the PC -- not sure if a typical laptop is capable of driving 3 screens (laptop's own screen and 2 external ones) simultaneously -- two usually OK i.e laptop and external screen.

    check the graphics driver.

    Cheers

    Jimbo is also right.
I am just assuming that you have a thunderbolt ready laptop because based on your screenshot, your monitors are being detected and you just can't connect to it successfully.
I am using an HP ZBook G5 Studio for my work from home setup and I have both my 34" & 24" monitors hooked up to it just via USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ports. The HDMI port is not being used.

By the way, it is important that when you are connecting external monitors to your laptop, the laptop should be plugged in to the power outlet because it needs extra boost of power to drive the monitors.
