Personalization possible pre-activation in VMware, not Hyper-V. Why?

    @Kari,

    It is interesting to note that Virtualbox 6 is now allegedly capable of coexisting with Hyper-V but it fails for me. VMware have also announced plans to make it coexist as well.

    As an aside, the tutorial method also works for Android emulators e.g. NOX.

    Might be worth adding a comment to the tutorial as well?

    Kari, thanks again. That information regarding Hyper-V and VMware Workstation on the same machine is a major huge bonus for me.

    In the process of going through all the information that you provided I realized just how lacking my knowledge of bcdboot / bcdedit is. I guess that is going to be the next item for me to start playing with.

    Well, I'm ready to wrap up this topic. I just want to echo what Jimbo said and thank you, Kari, for all the excellent information that you take so much time to share.

    Just to clarify, do you mean that you can run Android emulators when Hypervisor is disabled? Never had any interest in emulating Android, I really do not know.

    Yes, many android emulators crash when Hyper-V is enabled but work fine when disabled.

    I presume they work like a type two hypervisor but are more integrated with android OS.
