How do i disable Hyper-V on Windows 10 Home

So I don't have Windows 10 Pro installed with Hyper-V, instead I just have Windows 10 Home, but I have a problem, System Information tells me that Hyper-V is active, and I can't use any other kind of virtualization software, because it just BSOD's my computer, I'm on update 1803.

Go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows Features on or Off and uncheck Hyper V

I wish I could, but sadly, there isn't a single Hyper-V entry in Turn Windows Features on or off. But I have heard something about virtualization based security being enabled on windows 10 after the update 1803, on all windows editions including home, but I can't figure out how to disable it.

Do you have Hyper V listed in Services.msc? If you do, try to disable it in the properties tab.

I did find this method to disable from the command prompt - Obviously there is something strange going on with your windows version, and there is no guarantee this will work

So I checked Services.msc and i see some Hyper-V services, and they are all set on manual, but they seem to be not running, I'm going to check out the link with the Hyper-V disabling thru command line
EDIT: I tried the commands in the link you sent, and sadly, it still didn't work. Also, I have once ran Windows 10 Pro on this computer, because my friend gave me a key for it, but it just became magically not genuine after a while, so I had to reinstall with a clean install(and I had hyper-v enabled before reinstalling) and after the clean install, I rolled back to windows 10 home.
