[QUOTE=cereberus;1365821]The extra step is to edit install.sh
I didn't see the two lines to comment out in install.sh, otherwise all the other steps seemed to work.

it's a dumb question but unchecking the local printers resource sounds like a Windows RDP thing but I haven't been able to RDP I just login to the xorg and have a fixed size window. I used the IP address for RDP. I must be missing a step.

Great work on the initial explanation, thanks.

In the event that anyone is looking, I can confirm that these instructions work perfectly on UbuntuMate 19.04 (Ubuntu MATE | For a retrospective future). However, the Brisk menu system crashes every time I attempt to use it. Will post more if I figure out a solution.

If you manually search for a menu item, that seems to stop the menu from crashing -- until the next reboot, when you have to manually perform a menu search to stop the menu from crashing.

After some manual fiddling with the scripts and even more fiddling with the settings files, I managed to get Enhanced session working on Linux Mint 20. Full screen @1080p, drive sharing and clipboard working great.

I wish we could get GFX acceleration though. CPU rendering is a bit taxing.

You should also be able to get audio redirection support. I have not tried this however. XRDP docs states however that one have to add additional modules for this to work. Maybe I will try this one day. But I see no point in this really as without graphics acceleration I dont find audio that useful either.
