Can I set up an child account without an Microsoft account?

    I thank you for the additional suggestions, but this is just not what I’m after...

    I was looking for a safe user account for my daughter so that she could start learning using a computer at her low age, but it is just too complicated. It will have to wait.

    My grandson was given his mum's old iPad when he was three. Less to break/misconfigure there, just a thought...

    Thank you. I do have a fairly ok Parental Control software included in my anti-virus Kaspersky. Never tested it though...
