Windows 10 Default Avatar Removal

Is this possible? Click on this tutorial found via Google Search and go all the way to the bottom and look at the pic on the right. This is what I am trying to achieve, but after explicitly following the instructions in this tutorial, when logging in, I still get the default avatar. I would simply like to have it removed so all that is showing is my name and the password box.

If signing in with MS account > Unless bookmarked the next fastest way to open your MS account online is to open Settings app > Right click Accounts > Right click "Manage my Microsoft account" then follow the tutorials below.

If local account also follow the tutorials below.
