Logout warning "Someone else is still using this pc"

I too started seeing this behavior about a three weeks ago and I didn’t understand why. Thanks ExpertNovice and Bree and everyone else for asking this initial question and helping us understand and learn about resolving it with a few options. I read all the comments. I did not expect to have my question on the data base, but it was. I’ll go now and implement it. Thank you sincerely.
