By mistake I created "george" (Admin) and "georg" as 2 users on my PC windows 10. How do I get rid of "georg" properly since trying to delete "georg" is causing issues with File history and other settings?

While signed in to your "george" account, you should be able to safely use Option One in the tutorial below to completely delete the "georg" account.

Make sure you pay attention before clicking the 'Delete account and data' button that any files that you want to KEEP under 'georg' are either backed up externally or transferred to the corresponding 'george' folders, like Pictures or Music. Or, preferably, Both !
