    Brink, thanks for the information and it is so good it helped someone. I did check, after your post, and on the computer with the issue that option was disabled on all accounts.

    What happens when a desktop is a "shared" computer that multiple new accounts get created, does the setting have to be turned off for each new user account?

    Hello Nitsuja, and welcome to Ten Forums.

    You could use Option 3 or 4 to apply the setting to all users via a policy instead.
