how to do I Enable Permissions in different user accounts
So here goes, I am a complete amateur here and with computers so please let me know if I have anything wrong here!
I have windows 10 on my computer which updated from Windows 7. I had always used an administrator account sofinding out I could not use any apps at all when windows upgraded with the Admin account was a bit of a shock but I soon read and understood the reason for it. So I made a new Admin Account and turned my account into a normal account (I read a lot of forums to figure out how to do this).
My problem now (and one that has been going on for a while I just never got round to fixing it), is I can not install or update any of the software on my normal account, so I am stuck between going into an administrator account to install and update software and obviously using my normal account most of the time just so I can use apps.
I would like to make it so I can install and update software in my normal account because it is quite time consuming. I understand there are exe files that I can right click and choose to open as an Administrator, but unfortunately things like em client and Airdroid etc, when they try to update there is no option to do this as an administrator and I found another file type that does not even have the open as Administrator option.
So all I really want to do is to give my user account the permissions to allow it to install, upgrade and update software.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have looked around for this but I must be typing in the wrong search terms or something.
I look forward to hearing back from you guys!
