Okay, there was an option (somewhat hidden) to create a local account instead of giving my email or phone number to start.

You know, when Google forces me to use only Gmails in order to use Youtube, I can live with that. Online platforms and all.

But for my operating system to try to force me to streamline shit with anything, that's just wrong. Microsoft you ain't right.

Oh, I can't drag and drop "This PC" (just name it My Computer, animals). I have to jump through hoops to get MY COMPUTER on my desktop.

Hell is no fun, for anyone. :)

    So guys...

I formatted Windows, did everything right and smooth and relaxed this time.

But again, I cannot upload a user photo. The same error:

"Setting the account picture failed. Please try again."

I tried resizing the photo to 448x448.

I tried following this tutorial: [FIX] In Windows 10

    I tried this - - Microsoft Community

I tried changing my photo from jpg to png, and uploading through setting.

I tried taking my photo, and creating 8 different photos with it, and then making them the exact sizes and names as the guest photos in the "User Account Pictures" folder, and then replacing the guest photos with my photos.

I tried taking a photo with my camera, and uploading that.

    Nothing works...

YES! I Think changing all the photos did it! After I restarted I have my photo everywhere, except the login screen (where I wanted it most). Hah, never ending
