I use my local administrator account, so why am I getting this error?

    The command results above show that the "C:\Users\Gordon E" folder belongs to the "GHC80" account, so it's in there.

    Thanks guys for all your attempts to help, but ultimately I got so confused, I started over with another installation, opting out of set up with the Microsoft account.
