Windows login issue when starting my laptop

Ive had a problem recently started that when my laptop has been turned off and i turn it back on it goes to the login screen where i enter my password (this is weird because i selected the option that i dont need a password to login)

So i enter my password and it proceeds to login then the screen goes black for a few seconds then back to the login screen, no matter how many times i enter my password the same things happens.

The only way to fix the problem is to click restart at the bottom of the login screen and then it starts normally and skips the password login windows screen.

Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it?
