Administrator account
Why do I have so many administrator accounts? Can any of them be deleted?

They look related to Dell or XPS print driver downloading. Do they show up when you Run netplwiz ?
Hey Clint, :)
In addition, you might also see if the command below may provide any more details about them that could help.

I don't see them there.

This is only a theory based on some assumptions which would explain your situation.
Assuming your computer is named as XPS9100 and again assuming that you use the built-in administrator account as your personal user account as seems to be the case (a big NO NO, something you should never do!), the following is a plausible cause:
When built-in admin account has been enabled first time it naturally took default name Administrator. Sometime later you have changed PC name, done an upgrade, or reset Windows choosing to keep personal files (default.migrated folder hints upgrade or reset might be the case), a new user profile has been created for user Administrator but as two profiles can't have same name, Windows by default names the second one as USERNAME.PCNAME, third one with same name as USERNAME.PCNAME.000, and so on.
In this case I assume Administrator.XPS9100.001 is the actual current profile. To check this, sign in to Windows with that Administrator account, open Command Prompt, typeecho %userprofile%
and press Enter. It shows current user's profile path:
You can delete the default.migrated folder as well as all those Administrator folders that do not belong to current Administrator profile.

I deleted all the oldest administrator accounts, and everything seems to be working OK.
