    Just to verify, did you boot from Windows 10 installation media (ex: USB) to do Option 4 with?

    can i just use upgrade to windows 10 even though im 10 without using USB and keep all my files?

    If you had an administrator account to sign in with to do so, you could. However, you wouldn't need to then.

    Just to note, you can create the Windows 10 installation USB on any computer to be able to use on your computer.

    sorry i'm noob, how about removing my hard drive and full reset windows 10 will that fix the issue?
    i mean like creating a new name ? right? if that will fix it i will do it tomorrow and uupdate you

    If you wanted to keep your data, then you should enable the built-in Administrator account using the steps in the tutorial I posted above.

    There's no need to remove the hard drive. You could reset Windows if you like, but you will lose all your files and data.

    yeah i tried what you said the create a built in admin but i keep deleting it, its still asking for S-1-5-21 permission and DANIEL is still the owner for some reason. the first account i ever created on this pc since 2015 "Daniel"
