Administrator
I was trying to activate the administrator account and a message popped up telling me to enter administrator password and click yes but there was nowhere to enter password and the yes button is disabled out. I can't do anything on control panel neither because its not letting me. I have tried everything and nothing seems to work

The hidden admin account does not have a password by default. Something is not rightbhere.

You must be logged in as an Admin user, not a standard user,. to enable the Hidden Administrator account or make changes in the Control Panel.
Go to Start/Search and type netplwiz and press enter to find out what group your login profile is in

All that comes up when I do that is a message do you want this app to make changes however the yes prompt is not there only the no is available to press, and it asks me to enter an admin name or password but can't get there as the yes is not available.

Open a command prompt or powershell and run:
net localgroup administrators
What are the users listed under members?
