    Will a 32-bit Windows C:\Users\Default folder work under 64-bit?

it's not a folder you want to save.

The Default User profile folder under Users is created when Windows is installed. If your User Profile will not load, the Default User Profile will load so at least you can boot into Windows. From there you can troubleshoot your corrupted User Profile. This folder does not need to be backed up or saved on another computer as it is specific to the computer it was created on.
the same for the Hidden Built In Administrator profile, again, this is specific to the computer it was created on and would not work on another computer.

The reference to 32-bit or 64-bit is related to which version of Windows 10 gets installed. The 32-bit version will run on 64-bit hardware but the 64-bit version will not run on 32-bit hardware.

The Folder you asked about is created during installation of Windows. The data folders for the logged-on User are under their name, those contain the files one wants to save or back up to other media. There will be a few files that can't be copied as they will be in use by Windows, usually are the boot files needed to get things started.

    Maybe I wasn't being clear.

I am trying to replace a corrupt (I think) c:\users\default folder on one machine with a good one (For sure) from another one (Not the same bit though, one 32-bit one 64-bit) so you are saying the Default folder is specific to a machine so I can't replace it with another c:\users\default folder, that will not work?

The 32-bit or 64-bit may not be a problem, could only copy a good one to paste in place of the bad one to see if it would work. I think it's more about the Folder being created when Windows is installed and probably would need to be from the same Version and Build.
