Grant permanent admin access to folders or programs?

Is it possible to Grant permanent administrator access to folders and programs for a standard user account so that the password doesn't have to be entered each time?

As admin grant him required permissions to those folders (Read/Modify).

It's for my own machine that I run with a standard user account. I thought I might set some programs/folders up that need to run as admin without needing to enter the admin pass each time but it seems that could be a security issue. I found this as well:
