Hello
It is grey and stuck on Basic, I cannot change it. I have clicked everything and read the MS explanation. It does not help.

You may have turned off some privacy settings at set up. Brink has a tutorial on this here - Diagnostic and Usage Data Settings - Change in Windows 10
There's a reg edit at the bottom to change the setting to 'Enhanced' or 'Full'. That will get rid of the managed by org warning.
