How can I say "no" to Windows Hello and log in as another user?
So I got a new laptop which has a camera that supports Windows Hello, and it's great when I want to log into the machine as myself, but what if I want to log in under a different account with a password? The only way I have found that I can do this is if I physically hold my hand in front of the camera to disable facial recognition. That's the only way I can make the lock screen list the names of the accounts on the machine and let me choose a different user. I have already turned off the "Automatically dismiss the lock screen if we recognize your face" option, so that's not the issue.
What happens is that as soon as I sit down I get the message "Hello Jay! Dismiss the lock screen to sign in". But what I want to do here is say "No, don't log in as me - give me the option to log in as a different user". But I see no way to say "no" to this prompt. No matter what key I hit or where I click, it just logs me in. How can I say no to Windows Hello?
One other thing to note - both of the accounts that I created on this laptop are local accounts. And while my account has been enabled with Windows Hello, the other does not have Windows Hello enabled. Also, I am running Windows 10 Home version 1607
