    Adding new user problems

Whenever I add a new user, some of the elements of Windows 10 don't work properly. For instance, the Start Menu does not pop up, or either the right click or the left click works but not both, Also some apps like Weather try to start but immediately shut off. Even the internal Administrator account has this problem when I enable it. My own account does not have these problems so I don't know what could be causing this. By the way, it happens in two computers, one a PC and the other a Laptop. I have reinstalled a clean Windows a couple of times and still have the issues

Have you done all the clean installs from the same installation media/ISO file? Maybe download the most recent Windows 10 ISO file and create a new installation media?

You might have a corrupted default user profile or a corrupt version of ntuser.dat in that profile which is used to configure a new account. I fixed a similar problem by replacing the deafult user profile from the ISO disk of the same version of Windows you are using. See my post 8 at Corrupt NTUSER.DAT file in Default Folder

Also, run sfc /scannow from an admin command prompt.

I though of that so the last few times, I downloaded a fresh ISO from Microsoft but the problem persist.

    Thanks.
I had a feeling that the problem is with the Default profile but since my profile "works" I didn't continue that line of though. I will try the suggestions in your link and post the results

    Yes Done, several times

Thanks to all for your comments.
I think I fixed the problem. I downloaded another ISO from Window's download page and used a program called EZBOOT to install it. I tested it in two computers and so far everything seems to be working. The only issue left is permissions (or lack off), but I had that issue before. I will post that problem later.
