    Windows 10 Home x64 and Pro x86

    You need to boot into Safe mode to do this in your case [of having no remaining Admin accounts on the computer]. See Use the Built-In Admin account in Safe mode - Wiki.

    Thanks so much for your help! I was able to boot in safe mode then set a new admin , now im able to make changes to my computer!
