What happens when you run msconfig to go back in and uncheck safe mode?

Boot your computer from Windows installation disc or Windows RE. Open up a command prompt and type the following to turn off safe mode:
    Code:
    bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot
After running the command, reboot your computer and it should boot in normal mode.

I cannot go back to normal mode to do that, because every time when I boot my pc, it starts in safe mode only. To enter safe mode, I don't remember password

After running the code you have given it shows
The specified entry identifier is not valid.
    The parameter is incorrect.

You might need to replace {default} with your own identity. Type bcdedit and press Enter, it will list all your identities.
