    Is there any way to connect directly to Microsoft?

    Can you explain more what you are wanting to do only to get to my account I entered my e-mail address and password and then clicked enter and I was able to view my account

    Two sites I have found to be very useful to bookmark:

    Microsoft offices worldwide, addresses & phone numbers: Microsoft Worldwide Sites
    - Click your country on the list to get address and phone number to your local Microsoft office, for instance for OP who seems to be from Canada:

    - Although phone numbers are not for support, they at least should be able to tell all necessary regional contact information for Microsoft Support.

    Not sure if this is what your looking for but Microsoft has changed it's Email name to OutLook.
