    Bloatware.....

HGilbert, just wanted to get back with you after several days of troubleshooting this switch user issue. I can now definitely confirm that the issue on my Dell XPS 8910 was caused by all the Dell bloatware that came pre-installed on my system. I have uninstalled all the Dell pre-installed programs, except for Dell Registration, and my system is running perfectly now ... finally!
Checking in with the same 5 minute slow-change user-to-owner changeover...... after Dell Bloatware removed...changeover between multiple users is instantaneous.... Go figure....(I'm running some-kind-of-Dell-XPS-Bodacious-Something-or-other...who-cares... I don't fudge with software... don't download anything but Windows/office updates... I'm a very "Basic" PC user with a very big Dell device... and.....now...problem fixed... change very fast.)

All I speak... now Dell Bloatware gone... PC life good...(I remove all "Dell" software on system)

    Sincerely,

    Darebak
